This product supplies 50 mg L-5-Hydroxy-Tryptophan (5-HTP) per one-capsule serving. 5-HTP is the precursor to serotonin, a key neurotransmitter in the body. This product also contains the antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase, both from biologically grown active cultures.
